Took this shot on a trip to Kofsanabben outside Karlshamn in Blekinge/Sweden.Like the texture of the rocks and the smooth tone.

That would indeed be presumptuous
I like the sky here - it looks as if it is charged with electricity - but i feel the colour toning flattens out the midtones in the rocks, and makes them feel muddy. i would suggest bringing out greater contrast there to emphasize the textures by using pure b/w.
Looks like you have used a long shutter speed to give a smooth clamness to the water - it contrasts well against the rough textures of the rock and the violent feel of the skyscape
